Gov Makinde storms Kwankwaso’s Kano residence [VIDEO]
by Ochogwu Sunday · Daily PostGovernor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Sunday evening stormed the residence of the 2023 presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, in Kano.
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, disclosed this in a post on its official Facebook page.
The post reads, “H.E. Governor Seyi Makinde is currently at the residence of the former Governor of Kano State, H.E. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.”
This is coming barely an hour after the governor met with his Bauchi State counterpart, Governor Bala Mohammed in Bauchi.
Kwankwaso had on February 26, met Makinde behind close-doors in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
Although Sunday’s meeting is believed to be connected to the forthcoming general elections, the national leader of the Kwankwassiyya Movement, however, said it was based on long-standing personal friendship, not political alliance talks.
