Gardaí are continuing to investigate the death of the 43-year-old American, who was found dead with severe head injuries at her home in Killarney on 7 July.
A mass will take place at midday at St Mary’s Cathedral in Killarney, followed by a private cremation.
The service will be live-streamed so that family and friends in the US, where Jamey Carney is from, can follow proceedings.
Ahmad al-Saqar (28), a person of interest in the investigation who was romantically involved with Jamey Carney for a number of months before her death, was detained in his native country of Jordan in recent days and remains in custody.

Al-Saqar had already left Ireland when the 43-year-old American’s body was discovered last Tuesday in the home she shared with her teenage daughter, on the Muckross Road in Killarney.
It is not yet clear what led to his detention as no Irish arrest warrant was issued. There is also no formal extradition arrangement between Ireland and Jordan.
Tánaiste Simon Harris said on Tuesday that the “hearts of everybody in this country go out to the family of Jamey Carney”.
“This government will work and support the gardaí and go to the ends of the earth to make sure that justice is brought about for Jamey,” Harris said.
“Gardaí have a proud track record of working across borders and across jurisdictions,” he added.
