- Government will “look at” lowering the rate of the Universal Social Charge on a phased basis over the forthcoming budgets, junior minister Christopher O’Sullivan said.

PARTING SHOT
DUBLIN’S STEPHEN’S GREEN shopping centre received the green light for the planned €100m part demolition and rejuvenation earlier this week.
Originally built in the 1980s, the centre is known for its white ironwork and glass design.
