Naruvi Hospitals felicitates Chennai Super Kings CEO

Viswanathan, Chief Executive Officer, Chennai Super Kings, at the meeting of the Federation of District Secretaries of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) here on Saturday for his outstanding contributions to the development of cricket at the State and national level.
The event was organised by the Federation of TNCA District Secretaries and hosted by the Vellore District Cricket Association. P. Ashok Sigamani, president, TNCA, welcomed the gathering.
According to a press release, Mr. Viswanathan was recently inducted into the Cricket Hall of Fame at Hartford, U.S.A. The Hall of Fame has been established to honour people who have made significant contributions to the sport.
Mr. Sampath recalled the contributions of Mr. Viswanathan to the growth of cricket across Tamil Nadu and how talented youth from various districts in the State were able to represent the State and the country.
The Under-19 tournament was launched on the occasion. A special postage stamp of Mr. Viswanathan was also released.
A bust of Mr. Viswanathan, weighing 30 kg, was also unveiled. It was handed over to Mr. Viswanathan and his wife Ms. Vijaya Viswanathan by the organising committee, the release said.
