New pharmaceutical cluster will be developed in Vizianagaram, says A.P. Minister Kondapalli Srinivas

Thousands of new jobs would be created with establishment of pharmaceutical companies in Puspatirega where many companies have been producing bulk drugs, the Minister said

Minister for MSME and NRI Affairs Kondapalli Srinivas on Sunday said that the government was planning to develop a new pharmaceutical cluster in Vizianagaram district to ensure more jobs for youngsters of the district.

Addressing a media conference here, he said that thousands of new jobs would be created with establishment of pharmaceutical companies in Puspatirega where many companies have been producing bulk drugs. He said that people of the district were happy with the policies of Chandrababu Naidu-led government which put the State on the path of development.

He said that his department was trying to encourage existing medium and small scale industries in the district. Mr. Srinivas said that many industries would come up in and around Bhogapuram with the construction of the international airport. He said that the government would implement all its electoral promises in a phased manner.
