How to sign up for the World of Warcraft: Forever beta

Blizzard Entertainment is opening the doors to a vast new revision of Azeroth with playtesting starting this September.

At BlizzCon 2026, the World of Warcaft: Classic team announced the next big thing for the classic experience, World of Warcraft: Forever. It takes Azeroth back to WoW’s beginning once again, but re-envisions it this time with new races to play, new lands to explore, and over 1,000 new quests. Blizzard also announced there would be a beta ahead of its November release, and dropped details on how to get in.

How to sign up for the World of Warcraft: Forever beta

According to Blizzard, the World of Warcraft: Forever beta begins on September 17 and will be available solely on PC. Players can sign up for the beta by going to the World of Warcraft: Forever website and navigating to the top right corner where a button that says “Beta Opt-in” is located. Click it and you’ll be taken to a screen where a button that says “Request Beta Access” can be seen. Click that and then log in to (or create) your BattleNet account on the next screen. Finally, read and agree to the review terms for the beta to complete your registration.
