Building for the Future of Cheder Menachem Talmidim

Cheder Menachem of Long Island, NY welcomed talmidim back for the new school year with newly renovated, state-of-the-art classrooms and upgraded facilities, made possible through the generosity of dedicated supporters.

As Cheder Menachem began preparing for the new school year, a new space was needed. A new location within the building became available, but it required major renovations to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for the talmidim.

Over the summer, the space underwent extensive renovations, including the construction of beautiful, state-of-the-art classrooms with central air conditioning, spacious layouts, and large windows overlooking the park. The renovations also included a large and comfortable teachers’ room, as well as improvements to the game room, including new games for the boys to enjoy.

Making this transformation possible was truly a team effort. With the help of Mr. Yisroel Kanar & Family from IK Management and Mr. & Mrs. Yosef Yitzchok & Penina Batsheva Popack, the project came together over the summer, ready for the talmidim as they returned for the new Shnas Halimudim.

BH, the boys are already enjoying their refreshed and beautiful school. The new classrooms provide a comfortable environment, and the familiar sounds of davening and the chayus of the talmidim once again fill the halls.

While the renovations have been completed, there are still significant construction expenses remaining. The Cheder is asking for your support to help meet these remaining costs and continue investing in the growth of Cheder Menachem.
