Our mission in education is to polish diamonds —to reveal the inner light within every girl, nurturing strong character and deep Yirat Shamayim.
The Rebbe teaches in Hayom Yom (Iyar 10):
“Usfartem” is related to “sapir” — a shining diamond.
These days are a special opportunity to refine the seven emotional traits.
At Ateres Chaya Mushka, these seven middot are not just ideas —
they are a way of life, taught with warmth, joy, and love, inspired by the Rebbe and Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka.
Chesed – Kindness and Giving
Chesed comes first.
The Rebbe’s Bracha for a Bar Mitzvah was: He should be a “Chossid, Yere Shomayim and Lamdan-first Chesed.
Students learn to give happily — helping, sharing, and caring for one another. By cleaning up, setting up the tables for lunch, helping in the preschool or at the bus.
Helping each other like a warm family-this is the environment that felt throughout the school.
Gevurah – Discipline and Yirat Shamayim
Strengthening Yirat Shamayim through Davening and saying Brochos with Kavana.
It is impressive to see the Davening in school in each class.
Every Rosh Chodesh all girls in all classes are singing together the Hallel with joy and love.
Discipline in school is implemented positively.
Each Chodesh we have a monthly trip for the girls who earned enough points for Derech Eretz, Ahavas Yisroel and Davening.
Tiferet – Sensitivity and Compassion
Teaching respect, careful speech, and emotional awareness.
The school places strong emphasis on positive relationships and caring for every student.
Netzach – Determination and Confidence
“Lechatchila Ariber” — moving forward with confidence.
Each girl is empowered with the message:
You can. You are capable. You will succeed.
Hod – Gratitude
Recognizing and appreciating the good.
Students actively express gratitude — building a joyful and positive outlook on life.
Yesod – Connection to the Rebbe
A strong connection to the Rebbe guides the school’s values and direction.
Farbrengens, pesukim, and Chassidic living create a vibrant identity.
Malchut – Modesty and Inner Beauty
Every girl is a princess — a precious diamond.
Tzniut preserves and reveals her true inner beauty.
