Publicists Rhett Usry and Amanda Pelletier Join Origin Public Relations

Usry has been named president and will lead the agency’s New York office. Pelletier is a senior publicist, based in Los Angeles.

Their arrival marks an exciting new chapter for Origin as we broaden our reach and strengthen our capabilities.”

At Origin, Usry continues to work with Oscar nominee Danielle Brooks, Emmy winners Kristen Johnston, Kyra Sedgwick and Ilana Glazer, four-time NAACP Image Award winner Nia Long, as well as Caleb Hearon, Claudia Doumit, Jen Tullock, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Krysten Ritter and Vella Lovell. He was most recently at Narrative for two years and ID for 13 years, where he served as a VP of talent and led the music department.
Pelletier continues to represent Mae Martin, Devery Jacobs, J. Smith-Cameron, Eden Sher, Nicole Maines, Justin Johnson Cortez and Ari Notartomaso. Pelletier began her career in music PR in New York before joining the publicity departments at HarperCollins Publishers and later at Simon & Schuster.
Krug and Karten launched Origin in March 2023.
