Extra KTM ETS trains for National Day, school holidays

Planning a family getaway for the upcoming National Day and school holidays later this month? You can consider taking the train if the idea of long drives and traffic jams is putting you off.

KTM has announced that it will be offering extra ETS train services from August 21-23, August 28-31 and September 4-6 in conjunction with the holidays.

ETS routes with extra trains are KL Sentral – Padang Besar (EP9273 and EP9276), KL Sentral – Butterworth (EX9171 and EX9178), KL Sentral – Ipoh (EX9077 and EX9074) and KL Sentral – JB Sentral. The latter gets four extra services – EX9572, EX9575, EX9573 and EX9578.

For the exact timing that the train will depart from these stations and each station in between, see the schedule below. Tickets are on sale on the KITS app, KTM’s website and ticket kiosks.
