BREAKING: Woman hospitalised following hit and run incident in Kildare
Gardaí based in Newbridge have launched an information appeal

When asked by the Leinster Leader about this incident, a garda spokesperson responded: "Gardaí attended the scene of a hit and run on Barrettstown Road, Newbridge, County Kildare on Thursday, April 23 last just before 5pm.

"A woman (aged In her 40s) was taken to Naas general hospital for injuries believed to be non-life threatening."
The spokesperson also said that investigations into this matter are ongoing.
