Seven Christmas tree recycling points in Co Kildare

Kildare County Council provides a free service to the public where they can bring their real Christmas trees to be recycled in a sustainable way.  In total, there are 7 sites across the county where this service is provided.

• Athy, Meeting Lane Carpark
• Council Yard, Celbridge Interchange
• Clane, GAA Club
• Naas, Fairgreen
• Newbridge, Lidl Distribution Centre (beside the R445 Roundabout)
• Maynooth, Council Depot, beside Fire Station
• Monasterevin, Moore Abbey Coillte Carpark

The sites are open from Monday the 5th of January till Monday the 19th of January 2026.
