2 injured in Monroe Mountain plane crash

MARYSVALE, Piute County — Two people suffered injuries after a plane crash on Monroe Mountain on Sunday afternoon.

The Marysvale and Monroe fire departments responded to the crash, according to the Marysvale Fire Department.

Two people suffered injuries, but none of those major, according to police.

Utah state fire authorities were on scene Sunday to investigate.
