June 23 (UPI) -- The owners of a Michigan party store said their daily routine of buying a Club Keno ticket from their shop every day paid off with a $100,000 prize.

Patricia Lange, 77, told Michigan Lottery officials she and her husband own Pat & Gary's Party Store on Straits Highway in Indian River and always make sure to buy a Club Keno ticket at the store once a day.

"We are the owners of the party store, so every day we buy a Club Keno ticket while we're there," Lange said. "My husband bought this ticket and saw we'd won big while he was watching the drawings. He came home and woke me up, so I knew it must be important because he never wakes me up. When he told me we'd just won $100,000 on Club Keno, I couldn't believe it! We were thrilled."

The ticket matched 9 of the 20 Club Keno numbers in draw 2606168 on May 25, earning a $50,000 prize that was doubled to $100,000 thanks to the Kicker option.

Lange said the prize money will go toward paying bills and restocking the store for the summer season.
