Henderson confirms investigation into top police leaders

The city of Henderson has confirmed an active investigation into its top police leaders.

In a statement to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a city spokesperson said it has requested for the Nevada Department of Public Safety’s Office of Professional Responsibility to lead the investigation because the allegations involve Chief Reggie Rader and Deputy Chief Matt Murnane.

The city has placed Murnane on leave.
