Can a president end birthright citizenship with the stroke of a pen? Tim Constantine and David Bozell weigh in as the Supreme Court hears arguments on Trump’s executive order.

He is bringing a lot of passion to this. He very much believes, obviously, his top priority has been election integrity, election security. It’s an interesting argument that he and his team have brought to this discussion — that what was placed in the Constitution was essentially to address children of slavery. And this has been — this is just totally antiquated and not what any other country does.
