Letter to the editor: Apocalyptic ayatollahs

OPINION:

The people who are making the most noise about President Trump are the same people who are also attacking everything that is good in the United States.

In order to cover up their evil efforts, those calling the shots create a focal point for the masses — and at present, it is Mr. Trump.

I’m sure part of their reason for selecting him is that he gives them a lot of material to work with, but the main reason is to keep the masses obsessing over something so they will not hear or believe anything that adversely affects their agenda.

When Mr. Trump leaves office, they will move onto something else and continue with their agenda.

The question is, Who is behind those trying to actively bring down the United States of America and why haven’t they been exposed?

Case in point: the Iran conflict. An important fact that seems to have been overlooked is that some of the “leaders” in Iran really want nuclear weapons to start a world war that everyone loses, making the messianic figure of Mahdi appear.

Islam and Christianity have different views on how things will unfold, but some of the extreme leaders want to make the end of days happen now.

With that in mind, why are Democrats and others against an effort to stop the unhinged from trying to start the apocalypse?
