NDC is using Dumsor to punish Ashantis for voting against them- Juaben MP

The Member of Parliament for Juaben South on the ticket of the NPP, Michael Okyere Baafi has said that the rampant “Dumsor” in Kumasi is intentional.

Okyere Baafi has in a recent interview noted that there is no iota of truth in the NDC’s claims that the rampant “Dumsor” is a result of faulty transformers.

He shared that, the NDC has selected the Ashanti Region among other regions to punish them until they finally feel the pain.

In buttressing his claims, Michael Okyere Baafi said that over the past years, the Ashanti Region has been known as an NPP territory and has, in countless elections voted massively against the NDC.

To pay them for voting against them, Okyere Baafi claims the NDC is intentionally using the rampant “Dumsor” to punish the people of Kumasi until they finally feel the pain.

He said “NDC is deliberately using dumsor to punish Ashantis for voting against them. Their interest is to cause us pain”.
