One dead after shooting in Skyway

One person is dead and another sustained minor injuries after a shooting in Skyway early Wednesday, according to the King County sheriff’s office.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Creston Point Apartments in the 13400 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, said King County sheriff’s office spokesperson Brandyn Hull.

The major crimes unit has taken over the investigation and the scene is still active, Hull said.
