Two injured, one dead in Vancouver Mall Halloween night shooting

Vancouver, Wash., police responded to the shooting around 7:30 p.m. Witnesses said a person in the food court shot three people, according to Vancouver police.
One man is dead and two other men, ages 30 and 40, were taken to a hospital. They have been released from the hospital, police said.
There was a Halloween event taking place in the mall at the time of the shooting, according to police spokesperson Kim Kapp.
Police said in a Friday statement the shooter was wearing a Halloween mask, and the shooting was a targeted attack. The two men who were injured were not the intended targets but were nearby when the shooting took place, according to the statement.
Employees and patrons sheltered in place.
Detectives are reviewing videos from inside the mall in an attempt to identify the shooter, Vancouver police said. Anyone with information is asked to call the Vancouver Police Department Tip Line at 360-487-7399.
