Former CJI DY Chandrachud has been appointed Russia's arbitrator in a treaty dispute with Ukrainian state-owned bank Oschadbank, months after he reportedly declined earlier approaches to represent Moscow in separate arbitration proceedings involving Wintershall Dea and Ukrenergo.
