The court said it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the suit challenging Mr Makr's leadership of the ADC.

Justice Musa Liman, in a judgment, also dismissed the suit filed by Leke Abejide challenging Mark and Rauf Aregbesola as national chairman and national secretary of the party for lacking in merit.
