The court has fixed 15 April for the hearing of the substantive case.

The state, local government, and ward congresses of the party in Adamawa State were scheduled to have been underway.

According to the party, new dates for the congresses and conventions would be communicated at the end of the ongoing national consultations and meetings.

The decision was contained in a statement dated April 6, signed by Obianyo and the state secretary, Lawrence Okeke, and made available in Awka on Tuesday.
