The court said the decision of the ADC's Wuse, Abuja ward executives to seek judicial endorsement of their action suggested a lack of confidence in their own action.

In a judgment delivered by Justice Peter Lifu, the court flatly refused to bar Senator Kingibe from participating in ADC party activities nor order her to stop parading herself as a member.
