Jhansi medical college fire: NHRC sends notice to UP govt, DGP over deaths of newborn babies
The fire broke out on Friday night at around 10:45 pm at the NICU ward in Jhansi medical college. 10 newborn babies died in the tragic incident while 16 were injured. 37 children were safely evacuated from the ward.
