According to the department, these individuals are trying to bypass required procedures such as official recruitment, pre-departure training, and medical checks. By using fake “leave” letters, they exploit channels meant for workers returning to their overseas jobs. Authorities say stricter checks are being carried out to ensure safe migration and to prevent risks including human trafficking.
