Rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in Chin State should include the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperative systems, agriculture and livestock sectors, Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint has said. He made the remarks during a coordination meeting with state-level departmental officials held on July 7 at the Union Guest House meeting hall in Hakha to discuss rehabilitation and reconstruction activities in Chin State.

Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint said that security and stability are fundamental to the successful implementation of rehabilitation efforts in Chin State and urged local residents to work together to maintain peace in their communities. The Deputy Minister made the remarks on June 28 during a coordination meeting in Chin State attended by members of the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Committee, government officials, religious leaders, community elders, and committee members responsible for rehabilitation and reconstruction activities.
