School buses, employee ferry vehicles, goods distribution trucks and office-use vehicles operated by factories and workplaces have been permitted for daily use, according to a supplementary announcement released by the information team of the National Defence and Security Council. The additional clarification was issued to ensure public convenience and facilitate smoother business operations, expanding the list of vehicles allowed for daily operation.
