Myanmar's National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) held talks with the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA)'s political wing on Thursday, discussing the group's plans to establish a political party and participate in elections. The talks in Nay Pyi Taw also covered the Kokang self-administered area, political legitimacy, ethnic equality, border trade, regional development and cooperation against online scams and drugs.
