Myanmar will continue to cooperate with ASEAN to the greatest extent possible while urging member states to uphold the bloc's core principles of respect for national sovereignty and non-interference in internal affairs during discussions and implementation of the ASEAN Five-Point Consensus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement issued on July 23.
