Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing will make an official visit to Thailand in early August, according to ASEAN sources on July 13. The trip will mark President Min Aung Hlaing’s second visit to an ASEAN member state since assuming the presidency in April. Earlier this month, President U Min Aung Hlaing made his first official visit to an ASEAN member country as president when he traveled to Laos.

This will be Mr Tharman's first state visit to Malaysia, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
