President U Min Aung Hlaing of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received a delegation led by India’s Minister of State for External Affairs, H.E. Mr. Kirti Vardhan Singh, at the President’s residence on the afternoon of April 10. The Indian minister was in Myanmar to attend the President’s swearing-in ceremony. During the meeting, Mr. Kirti Vardhan Singh conveyed a congratulatory message from Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to the President.
