Paramount Agrees to Put WBD Acquisition on Pause
In a new court filing, Paramount-Skydance has agreed to slow its roll acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery. The merger won’t happen until an antitrust lawsuit ends, or June 2027, whichever comes first.
