The Lok Sabha on Monday witnessed repeated adjournments as Opposition MPs raised voices against Union Home Minister Amit Shah's absence in the House, seeking an apology from him over the police action on protesters at the recent Cockroach Janta Party-led stir at Jantar Mantar.

MeitY has also summoned Meta over the incident, with Secretary S Krishnan stating that the company’s explanation of a “technical error” was not entirely satisfactory.
