Around 3,000 North Korean troops have been deployed to Russia for drone training ahead of their deployment in Ukraine, South Korea’s spy chief reported. National Intelligence Service Director Cho Tae-yong shared these details, indicating more troops have recently arrived in the region, according to lawmaker Park Sunwon.
