Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has moved a special MCOCA court in Mumbai seeking permission to surrender in the Salman Khan house firing case, saying he wishes to voluntarily join the judicial proceedings "in the interest of a fair trial and justice."
