Donald Trump said the man accused of trying to attack administration officials at the Washington Hilton was a pretty sick guy flagged by his family. The suspect's manifesto and alleged route to the gala have intensified scrutiny of security for senior US officials.

White House Event Shooting: The suspect has been identified as a 31-year-old teacher from Torrance, California. 

In a manifesto sent to family members roughly ten minutes before he opened fire, Allen laid out exactly who he intended to target.
