A 32-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband in front of their two children at their residence near Pushpanjali Theatre under the Mahadevapura Police Station limits on Sunday night.

A Manipur police commando was fatally stabbed during an anti-drug operation in Thoubal district, and the main accused was arrested the next morning. Former chief minister N Biren Singh expressed anguish and sought stringent punishment in the case.
