Tamil Nadu CM C Joseph Vijay's TVK might be in no hurry to expand beyond the state, but that has not discouraged his supporters elsewhere. Vijay supporters in West Bengal and Kerala have set up offices in his party's name. TVK says it is happy to see such initiatives, but clarifies they have no authorisation.
