Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Greenland has issued a "strong warning" to an American oil company linked to President Donald Trump, as it prepares to drill on the territory despite lacking proper permits.

Trump seems to have renewed his push for greater US control of Greenland. According to a report, a US company linked to the President has started moving drilling equipment to the Arctic island's eastern coast, angering Greenland.
