Marcoleta, donors barred from leaving Philippines over alleged plunder, bribery
The Sandiganbayan has issued a precautionary hold departure order against Sen. Rodante Marcoleta, former lawmaker Mike Defensor and two other officials over alleged plunder, indirect bribery findings by the Office of the Ombudsman.
