In a move to improve public access to Gram Panchayat officials, Mandya Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Nandini K.R. has directed Panchayat Development Officers (PDOs) with the additional charge of two gram panchayats to display their weekly duty schedules at panchayat offices and other prominent places, while announcing a series of measures to strengthen transparency, accountability and service delivery.
