The Karnataka government will expand the scope of Praja Seve, launched on September 5 to redress people’s grievances, by introducing the ‘Namma Seve’ app and bringing the remaining offline services online. The new app, which is expected to be launched before October 2, can also be used by citizens to flag issues such as garbage accumulation and potholes.
