3 men given chargesheet copies in gangrape case

The police on Monday (December 1, 2025) filed a charge-sheet against the three men arrested on charge of gang-raping a 20-year-old college student near Coimbatore International Airport on the intervening night of November 2 and early November 3. The police team submitted the charge-sheet within a period of one month, as instructed by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin.

The three accused in the Coimbatore gang-rape case were taken to the scene of crime late on Thursday to reconstruct the sequence of events that led to the crime on the intervening night of November 2 and 3.
