The Kalaburagi City Police have barred Hindu Jagarana Vedike’s South Pranth executive committee member Shrikant Shetty of Karkala in Udupi district from entering Kalaburagi city ahead of his scheduled speech at the Hindu Mahaganapati festival on Thursday (October 1).
