The High Court of Karnataka on Wednesday ordered the issuance of notices to the State Election Commission (SEC), the Election Commission of India (ECI), and the State government on a petition challenging the legality of the SEC’s order for a parallel Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the Greater Bengaluru Authority’s (GBA) wards falling under the Mahadevapura Assembly constituency.
