Dutch nationals in France are advised to avoid protests by school and university students across the country. The protests can sometimes get violent, according to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.“Avoid gatherings and demonstrations. Do not go to watch, do not take photos, and always follow the instructions of the French authorities,” the ministry said. “Follow the news via local media and ask your hotel or travel agency for information.”
