A driver was arrested following a vehicle crash on a Scottsdale street on Sunday that killed his passenger, according to Scottsdale Police Department officials.

The driver of a semi-tractor hauling two large dump trailers, who allegedly ran a red light and hit a minivan, killing a 13-year-old boy, has been charged.
