A man who told police he thought he had hit something but was scared and drove off was arrested Sunday for allegedly hitting and critically injuring a pedestrian.

A man who had his license revoked for medical reasons was arrested early Saturday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash with a pedestrian Friday night.
