SEOUL, April 8 (UPI) -- North Korea launched several short-range ballistic missiles toward the sea between the Korean Peninsula and Japan on Wednesday, Seoul's military said, marking its second launch in as many days after South Korean President Lee Jae Myung expressed regret over a drone incursion.
